Design files provided by the customer should be in a high-resolution format and free of copyright infringement.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled without prior agreement.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change and are calculated based on customization and order quantity.
Payment must be completed before the order is processed and is non-refundable after the production has begun.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping within the specified regions and provide estimated delivery dates upon order confirmation.
Vidhi Creations is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Refunds
Customized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage for a replacement.
6. Intellectual Property
All original designs created by Vidhi Creations remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
Customer-provided designs are considered to be owned by the customer, and Vidhi Creations holds no responsibility for copyright claims.
7. Limitation of Liability

At Vidhi Creations, customer satisfaction is our priority. Since we specialize in custom-made products, our return and refund policy reflects our commitment to delivering quality while considering the unique nature of personalized items.
1. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products (custom-printed T-shirts, mugs, keychains, caps, etc.), returns are generally not accepted once the order is confirmed and produced.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim, provide a clear photo of the damaged or defective item along with your order details.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or, if not feasible, a refund.
3. Replacement Policy
For items eligible for replacement, we will reprint and ship the item at no additional cost. Replacement processing times may vary based on the product and design requirements.
In cases where the same design or product is unavailable, we may offer a similar alternative or issue a refund.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are provided only for orders that meet our criteria for damaged or defective items.
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds are not provided for orders with minor differences in color or design alignment, as these are standard in custom printing.

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may have already started production, and cancellations may not be possible.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
